We are modding a few of the NAA Mini's here now. I'm porting mine, dressing it up, and making some new grips. My buddy is doing some exotic wood grips for his as well. The new grips make it so you can keep it from kicking up in your hand when shooting the WMR's. More pronounced finger notch and a thumb rest

Like you, not a single friend will let me shoot them with it. And when it's hot and you are dressed light, it still disappears in your pocket. Better to carry a 22 than nothing at all

That ammo looks like the ticket!
Do you know someone local who does custom wood work,I mean quality work, custom checkering, ect.?

No one that I would trust my guns with.

I just have rimfires, just don't have a centerfire budget unfortunately.

Here's one of them, a Browning Buckmark, with a 10" Tac-Sol barrel, lefty Nill grips, 2.5-7 Weaver scope, sear spring flip for a slightly lighter trigger pull. Fabbed up a stand for it.

A group using the stand, 5 shot 25yds:

I think that was like the first 100rds out of the gun rapid fire with the Federal bulk pack.
Most fun gun I have, I love shooting it, it's cheap, hasn't ever jammed and looks awesome. I need to get a pic with the carry handle on!

I've thought about a trigger but I'm just going to keep it the way it is and save my monies, got a daughter on the way!

6" Hammerli X-esse (aka SigArms Trailside)
Weigand scope mount
UltraDot MatchDot 2MOA red dot
Larry's Guns competition adjustable trigger
Nill grip

Those Trailsides are great. About three years ago, was at the range with the Buckmark and my 10-22's, an older gentleman showed up with one of those and an old Hammerli Olympic pistol. He was doing some damn nice 50 yard groups, single hand. Later he told me he just missed the cut for the '72 Olympic team, which explained all the tight groups he was shooting. He let me put a few mags through the Trailside, a very nice pistol indeed.

My 10-22's:

Let me shoot you at 10 feet in the head and two in the chest. IF you live you can tell me about how mad you are. When it comes to self defense I want my rnd to stop in the perp not in the crowd behind or around.

I will play...

Photobucket
One of my AR's. 24" bull barrel now sporting a 8-32 Mueller Target Scope.

And my newest addition and my first handgun
Photobucket
CZ SP-01 Shadow
Once I saw it, I had to have it. Total PITA to get it here in CA though, stupid gun laws!
