take a look at walmart.com, and they have free shipping to your local store.

Are you looking for a double din or single din? Walmart and Target have some great deals. I picked up a Sony HU a couple years ago for $100. Came with a remote and is HD ready, you just have to add the HD unit. I think most HU's these days are the same.

back in the day I always used pinoneer head units but, I dont know whats good anymore.

single din is the standard in dash unit, double din is the large (double) face that is the size of 2 stereos stacked on top of each other.

Single din is single height, double is twice. Crutchfield.com is a good site to compare features. I use to like kenwoods, but the last 4 ll have troubles ejecting cd's after a year.

I have enough room for either... my current radio (F250) is huge.

If you get a single din you'll need a adaptor kit to install it in the large opening.

For just a regular head unit, I'd go with a single din Pioneer, Sony or Alpine. Honestly, I would only go double din if you want to get an indash navi + dvd player.

This Pioneer looks pretty good for $110. Amazon.com: Pioneer DEH-4300UB CD Receiver with iPod/iPhone Control and MultiColor LCD: Electronics
