maybe he should have just punched in the face  ....i had a strange woman standing just outside our yard that lived a few doors down the road treaten to beat my wife up....i said go ahead and go for it, knowing the beating she was bout to get....so as i opened the yard gate and said come right on in, had to make sure she came onto our property first  where she began to get her ass beat by my wife ....i was standing there with my arms crossed enjoying the show, when all of a sudden i seen stars WTF ???....she turned and punched me in the face and in my daze my reflex's kicked in and my arm came out of being crossed and broke her nose with a backhanded fist  ....then the fight finished up with those two with my wife un touched and the other one on the ground bleeding from nose, mouth and one ear  ....a few days later i get a court order to appear for assult on her nothing bout my wife beating her ass into the ground  ....went to court and the judge let her tell her side of the story first, i thought oh boy this should be good ....went on bout thisand that and her saying she was gonna beat my wifes ass and that i gave her permission to do so after opening the gate to my yard ....then said as she was fighting with my wife she said punched me in the face while i was just standing there then i punched her back ....the judge at that point went "whoa, whoa, whoa you punched him first then he punched you back....he asked me if that was true, i said it must be but i don't remember much cause i was seeing stars and out of reflex i must have hit her back....he then looked back at her and said get out of my court before you get contempt of court charges laid on you so fast ..........bob.... |

Wonder what's going to happen when it comes to his ex employer now since she fired him for his actions almost immediatly after he was arrested.
