I have a 2001 Sony CDP that does SACD also, if you know what those are? First or second model they made to be SACD compatible. It was CD convenience with supposedly better sound. Weighs about 35 pounds, clad in a copper chassis. $1500 back then. Still in use today.




Here's a picture I took a few years ago of the back. Oh, it was their top of the line DVD player at the time.
