Isn't that just like a 1:1? Doesn't get more scale than that. Just don't roll over haha

Is it the Kawasaki licensed vehicles, or is that old news(hopefully)?

"Nitro Gas engine"???? It would just be gas would it not? Mix the oil and pump gas and go.

But like the others, perhaps it is time for them to release something that is different from everything they have seemed to perpetuate for years.
Hope it's something new, not just re-worked existing platform. If Traxxas does a crawler it will be very good, they have learned a lot and their quality is high. I hope it is a scale crawler.

They always do that with pricing of not yet released stuff.

Yes, let's hope they have more brains than that.

Yes, it is a two stroke, gasoline powered, 1/8 scale sized engine. You misread my post, plus I should have been more clear. I merely said nitro sized as a way to describe the smaller size of the engine, as in not a 26cc+ 1/5 scale engine.

100 mph? Boring
1/7th scale? What?
On road only? Super boring?
$1099? Ridiculous

There is nothing in this release I find the least bit exciting besides iPhone/iPod telemetry. And that should have been android compatible as well. These are just opinions, but I was actually hoping to want a traxxas product again, and this did not fit the bill for me.

Yep. Completely disinterested. Dang and I was anxious for a week. Whatever more $$ for crawling.

I hope they didn't make many. I bet the sales just barely cover the r&d and production. A real let down. I'm goin with my lhs's view on traxxas from now on I think.

i must say, that is not what i had in mind. still cool none the less! 1/5th scale on road powered by castle that is ready to run over 100 mph out of the box! that's kinda scary! its like an Rc missile! the msrp is crazy, but it always is. the price will come down. i digg the telemetry thing with the iPhone, now if it only worked on Droids.... hint hint hint.
