OK, well its been sometime and I dont mean to make a stink outta this situation, but once again several people have graciously donated to help this kid and I would really like to see a finished product and this kid getting this truck.

So whom ever has this now or whatever the situation is, can we please have an update on this.

OK , so we need to get some pics up . The build was taken over by hbj . My father has cancer six weeks from when they found a mass untill , he lost his battle
While he was in the hospital , payton (this kid) mother was one of his nurses. The interior is taken a while to get wright. It was at the last scale comp at little rock citty . some people got to see it . I am sorry this has taken far too long I guess I should have just sacked up over losing my dad . my fault . Hbj has also been in touch wit h paytons dad abot the controls on the radio to make them were he can use it with out much discomfort. Richard garret did get to see it I beleve at little rock city
pics comming soon . hope to have it to him soon , it has taken far to long , but for the last six weeks of my dads life he needed 24/7 care , and I missed a lot of work.
I know that is not a good reason , but we are close and progress has been made , although not enough .

Soory about the sarcassim , as it read . To be honest , I really meant I should have sacked up. I am not the kind of person that says he is going to do something , and let it be . This has taken far too long no matter what I have had going on. I need to get over to hbj's and get the rest of the interior made and done. I hate the fact that this has taken so long andstill not done. The worst part is Payton is so excitted about getting it.
working 12hrs a day and sat. sometimes , has also played a part . but we are trying to get this to him. Sorry for the way the last post came off . I guess I still have not really had the time to deal with my loss . I should have not worded it like that . Trully sorry . got to get back to work before my boss sees me on here !!!!!\

Like I said before, there is no need to explain yourself for what you have been going through. I most certainly understand completely.

I was just left with the impression that this other person (hbj) was finishing the build and havent seen a post in a month since that was posted, so it left me wondering if the kid got it or if the truck is on a shelf or other things like life is in the way.

If anything and there is not enough time for anyone else to complete this build. I will be more than happy to finish up the build and send it back to you. I am sure I can rally up my friends to help if need be.

I completely understand I lost my dad about a year ago to cancer and if they hadn't found his mass and removed most of it when they did he wouldn't have made it another 3-4 weeks but even with the surgery and treatments he only made it another 4 months cause it was growing so fast. I had to stop everything to help take care of him.

I'm disabled on Dialysis and have my good and bad days, I know how much this hobby makes my life a lot more enjoyable.. I am willing to help out if all this is verified.. Been bunred one to many times as well but if this is a FOR REAL deal than I am more than IN!!

I have some Axial Axles, Pri Line Wheels, Tires. Other misc spare and stock Axial parts I'd be willing to hand over!

I do beleve everything is acounted for. I had wait two weeks to get paid to be able to order some abs to build a floor pan for it . We spent so much money while he was in the hospital. My mother lives across the street, so luckly we li e close enough to be tbere for her. I am so thankfull to hbj for taking the hand off on the build. I have no idea were it would be if hed had not offered to help. But again I do beleve we have everything. I was.looking at it before life changed, wanting to put him some leds on it but not sure how to mount thhem were he would not habe to worry about breaking them off.

Its on a twin stick with the right stick operating throttle as well as front steering, the left stick (rear steer) is self centering and is only used if the operator wants to.

Wow ! Payton just watched the video of the truck he is so excited , you have know idea what this means to him .Thank you all so much . Hope to be posting a video of him driving it soon.
