that looks like brand new, fresh paving to me. i dont see a single tire mark or rubber groove, and the paint looks brand new as well.
im guessing it got warm for the first time, or simply was fresh and was releasing some kind of oil or tar or something, oil content?.

the fresh paving looks to be to blame to me. or it was coated in something after paving or something.

I would have just bought like 10 intercoolers, and made the pipe sections out of them, instead of using pipe. That air charge should be like just above absolute zero by the time it gets to the engine!

same concept as a rear mounted turbo... i'd at least try to filter bugs out of the turbo.

Each bug gives a 10 WHP boost for 10 seconds.

I'm kinda surprised the turbo isn't larger, you would think that a bunch of boost would be possible if not needed with that set up!

The Moto 3 crash at LeMans was caused due to a crash the previous lap, race was red flagged, and the track crew did clean up. Only they didn't get all the fluids off the track, lots of pissed off riders, and teams from that deal.
