Really? You can keep a race truck together but you can't fix a bearing on the trailer? |

Didn't say anything about not being able to fix it, just was hard to find a spindle nut, shoes (they burned up), bearing and etc. late Saturday night on Memorial weekend in New Mexico. Got it rolling again after some searching only to have the transmission on one of our chase trucks puke up all its fluid! Got out yesterday to do some prerunning until a line ruptured on the front bypass and started on fire! a huge fireball shot out of that truck. Got the fire out before any damage and now waiting to get shock parts from King so we can get back out there.

Well finally made it home. What an adventure, Unfortunately we had the transmission fail on the race truck at race mile 41 We had a great day of shock testing the day before and when the race started we only had 1st gear. So Mike ran it hard (8,000 rpm) to get where we did. I was at race mile 205 with my chase truck and mobile command center waiting so I got to get a chance to watch some racing. I got to watch BJ Baldwin, Robby Gordon, and a couple others race by. Plus I got a chance to play with my HPI Apache C1 on the actual course We worked hard with an average of 2.5 hours of sleep for the last 10 days with a 24 hour day thrown in the mix. I have some sweet videos I'm working on now that I'll post up.
