I know a guy with one. Badass little truck, 4wd w/ 8psi of boost 6cyl = car killer. Smokes hondas and yotas all day, mustangs and camaros for lunch and gets the launch and 2nd gear on WRX's. He's got a misfiring problem he can't figure out, but no one knows what that little truck is capable of. |

The GMC syclone and typhoon a bad arse when it comes to speed capability due to their turbocharged V6 motors. Powerful and great potential but cant haul heavy loads. I think only about 500 max. But the Grand Nationals and GNXs. Now those are some cars. |

They aren't 1500's, they're modded to piss S10/S10 Blazer plaform. They're a sweet machine, pretty rare anymore.

Yes they're baddass and yes they're fast. I've seen one eat a STI alive, regergitate it, then beat it over the head with it's own corpse in the 1/8th mile. They also make fun auto X rides if you can get the rear to hook up |

WRX, Eclipse, Evo, syclone, blah, blah, blah... nothing beats my '99 TJ: 0-60 in 3 sec and 200mph top speed (if I drove it off a cliff... did I mention the brakes??? 60-0 in the blink of an eye...) |

the 1991 Syclone does 0-60 in 5.3 seconds and the quarter in 14.1 seconds 2006 STi does 0-60 in 4.7 seconds and the quarter in 13.5 seconds all with 15 years of technology in between..... not too bad for a "truck" |

Just imagine the kind of numbers a hotted up Syclone/Typhoon would spit out though. I have to say, a Syclone/Typhoon or a Grand National would be some of the select few GM vehicles I'd own. Saw a sweet street/strip GN the other day, thing was a set of full slicks away from being a track car.
