Default Where can this be discussed?

I recently won a auction on ebay and the seller stiffed me ( I know of at least one other person he has stiffed on ebay too)problem is he registered under a different name and he comes to here and on scale4x4 forums. What is proper etiqute to warn people of his dealings? I would hate to see fellow members get stiffed too and loose out on a couple hundred dollars like the custom body he has for sale on ebay right now under a different user name. And without being banned here

Here in Chit Chat, or Feedback, in which the discussion can consist of only those that have dealings with him. If you want third party conversation, here in Chit Chat.

The guy goes by either doodlebug customs or is now custom-rc-creations and his first name is Jay. He stiffed another guy for a set of humvee wheels and got me for a blackwell axle. Took the money two almost 3 weeks ago, bought a couple things and reregistered on ebay under the second name. He builds the extended cab and crewcab bodies. Right now he has a auction for a crewcab chevy body for $199 and somebody is bidding on it right now . He wont reply to emails and wont awnser the dispute put in against him. He knew what he was doing because he created a new user id the same day he said the item shipped but never provided any info. I looked his info up on the web but that number is no longer in service.. Please do not buy anything from this guy, he claims to be a RC4WD dealer and uses the stock photo's off there website. then he has the gumption to go and bid on one of my items.. good thing for canceling bids and blocking bidders.

I did better than that, ebay has that new thing of money back guarantee. They said 48 hours and I will have my money back. But they are aware of his new user ID and are watching him. But to have the gumption to go and bid on one of my auctions after he scammed me now that takes brains..thank god for bidder blocking

can I suggest you contact katan and let him know that he is claiming to be an RC4WD dealer. I'm sure Mike would be interested in seeing that on his website.

http://www.facebook.com/people/Jay-S...00001150910393
and this elsewhere
http://www.whitepages.com/name/Jay-A...ram-GA/507qk97
google is an awesome utility. if there are any questions look at associated people on the white pages site. though i do wonder if the name is a fake now.

I had no idea this guy was like this, I hope he makes things right. Seems fishy about getting hit by a drunk driver.

I guess the big question is....who is he on here? If he's here on RCC, I'd like to at least hear his side of the story.

Juan, interesting enough. The white close body that is posted on his website. I just seen that recently in someones build thread and can not for the life of me remember who's thread it was.

He used to go by the name "super duty" but after some investigating, he had 2 other names here also. (I listed them above) I am pretty sure he was banned.

There is something about that screen name that bugs me though. Almost like I have seen it before on another website over a similar problem.
