Calling all video experts
 

I just got a new JVC Minidv Camcorder. The thing is pretty cool. I made a short vid of my maxx crawler and for the life of me I can not figure out how to get the video from the camera to my pc. I tried using the UBS cable but that only seems to work for the memory card...

got aim/msn? I might be able to help! I know how to do the sony handycam,which goes through a USB!

Go to windows movie maker
Turn on camcorder, play & edit, stream
Import from device, or similar
It goes onto it, and mess around with editing, or sub titles! and music can be imported from limewire, or musicmatch jukebox!

I dont but the ubs cable should work? Do I need a special program?

no special programs, but you need some computer brains or some patience!!
