Ironically, yard critters were the reason I got into hobby grade RC's.. we had a garden that the squirrels thought was their own personal buffet, so I got a new ( back then) Tamiya HummV that I would chase the squirrels with. There was this one big guy that was always a bit quicker than the hummv. I thought it was because the car was bright red and that maybe the squirrel could see it, so I repainted the body into a woodland camo pattern. The next day out I was aiming at the squirrel and he was looking but the car finally caught up to him before he saw it, I nailed him but it made the car go out of control and smash into the fence, causing a NASCAR quality rollover complete with wheels coming off of the car. Over the next few weeks, I was trying to figure out what to do about the remains of the car. That is when I found a youtube video showing off a new off road RC vehicle called the AX-10. |

I've hit numerous squirrels and chipmunks, dogs, 1 cat- all with go fast stuff. The only thing I've ever hit/ran over with a crawler was a small frog. I didn't even know it was there until I nailed the throttle and spit it out with a rear tire. It went cartwheeling through the air...

| that sounds like a good idea. think itll work with useless pigeons that dont fly? ive found out the horses dont like it either, they bail from the relative area ASAP. cats just look at me like im an idiot as the go fast rigs do cookies in the barn. Sent from my Transformer using Tapatalk 2 |

This was not me but this one guy on a 1/5 scale forum. Well this guy was running his Baja out in his back yard and ran over a ground squirrel well he kept running for a bit and when he was done he put it away in his shop. He went out to his shop about a week later and noticed a really bad smell well it ended up being part of the squirrel he had run over was rotting away. Sent from my SGH-T769 using Tapatalk 2 |

| Re: Ever hit an animal with your rc? Had some sort of herding type dog at a Jeep Club get together that tried it's damnedest to herd my then HPI TJ bodied WK over with the rest of the 1/1 Jeeps. I think it though my WK was a Jeep Cub/Kid/Calf/Whatever that was straying from the rest of the herd |

Years ago was running a 10-cell pan-car on caps in the street, around a corner and back. This car would do well over 65MPH as we had followed it with full size down the highway for thrills one day. A small crowd had gathered as we played around. I approached the corner going as fast as I could as some dipsh1t decided to cross the street to join the crowd, with my eyes on the car I didn't see him. Came around that corner and BLAM! nailed that dude in the flip-flop wearing foot. The car stopped dead in its tracks, he hit the ground yelling, and I ran over to my batteries/speed control/receiver which had continued down the road. My buddy told me later I had looked down on the remains of my electronics like a dead puppy laying in the street, paying no attention to the dude laying there. |

I've hit a small crab and a snake with mine, and of course my dog too but that's usually his own fault.
