I will say I love a lot of the rat rods stance' but I can't stand the stupid stuff like the intakes and exhaust. The patina finish on this one is ok too. But would look much better in a solid non flashy paintjob.

That's what I'm talking about with the majority of these 'rat rod' builds. Everyone says "Oh, it's so great how they use what they have laying around to build these cars...." But it isn't like that. If you built this truck, you went out of your way to use spittoons, a garden bench, house heating ducts, garbage can, etc. to build this. All of that crap takes away from what looks like a nice chassis, engine, and chop. I'm not saying it needs a paint job. I love a well built primer or raw finish car. I am saying that the all the 'rat' parts make the total effort a joke. I know I'm in the minority.

I'd pull the dumb ass spittoon's off of it . Throw a straight axle under it with some fender well headers and haul ass on down the road.
