I dunno really I am kind of oblivious to the cold for the most part. I was only wearing some Army issue liners beneath my pants, a t-shirt, layered with a long sleeve, and a hoodie on top of that, some thin fleece gloves, and a headband earwarmer. Never got cold except when I took my gloves off.. Man my phone was cold for taking the pics! If you look closely at the pics of my Camelback water tube, it's frozen, it froze in the first mile walking....

About 4-5 hours, enough to drain 2 4500 mah batteries.

A camelback hose insulater is awesome in those situations. I like that you documented your adventure, we need more of this.

I don't know about you, but I am tired of working in the cold and snow this year. Took my sons out shooting today and we all agreed to quit early due to the temps.

That looked like a lot of fun. The cold doesn't usually bother me either if I'm enjoying myself.

Awesome stuff Patrick! I would be afraid I would be found after the spring thaw somewhere on the mountain radio still in hand.
