Looks like the truck is in FL. I guess 97 now has special powers to zap himself all the way there when he was at my house on SATURDAY.

He had that truck listed a few days ago in one of the RC groups I'm in on Facebook, but I forget which one. It was in East Coast R/C Sports, RC Trader - Atlantic Canada (Pretty sure it was this one), Moncton RC or Axial SCX-10 Owners. He seemed pretty shady on there though...

Multiple people came forward to the detective and they paid a house visit to him this morning. My truck and all the other items that he stole are in the police station now.

I bet dude realized his lil scam was a felony...not for dollar amount I'm sure....but since its state to state....

No no no judging by the phone call I received from him this afternoon it sounded like she was pretty scared about the whole thing so hopefully this woke him up and hopefully he won't do it again

So nice to hear, man. It all works out in the end. My LHS was broken into 1 week before Christmas and lo and behold, the scumbag was caught about a month ago. 16 car and truck kits were stolen but not recovered but the security cameras really helped. For all you businesses that have security cameras, make sure they really work and not just decorative deterrents. The sob backed a truck through the barred front doors. In and out in less than 2 minutes and i'm sure the police passed by them responding to the alarm call.
jeez i'm rambling, but one thing that came out of all this was a record sales week from the free advertising!!! The store owner is actually my best man and super close friend.
