Found he has a Facebook page titled Space Coast Crawlers, he has changed his Facebook name twice since all this began..... Surely just by coincidence

He has pics of your truck posted on there as his own.

Its not his facebook page persay, he was made an Admin to it by the guy that created it, which has since been contacted about it but a lot of those guys are jokes anyways and to think I ALMOST sent him money for that truck.

and allegedly he is 22 years old and in the army.. but I doubt it very highly

Dude.... If he is in the Army.... Find out who his commander is and raise hell. That'll do MUCH more damage to his life than the local PD ever could.

Find out his Commanding Officer. The Army or any military service will take care of a bad reputation on him. Quickly and take his money. I would seriously work hard to find that info out.

He works for the national guard in oak hill west virginia. Look. Everybody is out for revenge and I'm not like that. I got my stuff back and that's all I really cared about. I just know to be a lot more careful and cautious in the future.

Just a thought... By not going after this guy further, you may be empowering him to victimize others. I really don't want this to sound like an insult. It's more of a chance to reflect and consider. Are you being selfish by not perusing him further?

Wow thats great, Just got done reading the thread and i'm very happy to hear you and others got there stuff back Theres way to many shady ass people out there now a days. Recently I had my backpack with about $1000 dollars worth of stuff like my camera, batterys, lots of spare parts, charger and so on stolen out of my car sitting all the way up in my driveway There getting bolder but just wait till I catch one and they get a 9 iron wrapped around the head lol

Well the stuff is replacable but if I had the chance I would make his/her life a living hell lol Just my 2 cents. Just glad to hear you had everthing turn out for the better.

Glad it eventually worked out (somewhat), but you started this thread as a general warning against scumbags. Which makes me wonder...is there some way to protect yourself besides just not dealing with people you don't know? Thinking of some kind of escrow service or something. Or maybe instead of a trade you buy his with PayPal and he buys yours for the same amount. Then you can get PayPal to void the deal and refund if he screws you. Maybe something similar that uses your credit card because those are usually fraud protected. What else?

Feedback is great, but sometimes the seller just hasn't much history...AND YOU REALLY WANT THAT TRUCK.

Am I being selfish???? No. I am not. I care about stuff being made right. I really don't like conflict And I got the truck back. I am happy for the most part. Karma is a powerful thing.

hell ya karma is a bitch. is what the guy did right hell no. even tho the local pd had to get involved he admitted his fault and tryed to make it right with everybody he screwed instead of going into hiding. and for that he gets a little bit of respect from me for that not much tho. will i ever do a deal with him again after his suspension is over i honestly cant say
