My step brother races every year and a few year has been the fastest up the mountain. This year he got his first sub 10 minute run, which 2 years ago was the barrier.

As soon as I heard Loeb was racing I said he'd beat everyone by a minute, I was pretty close. My step brother said peugeot invested over $8m into this run. He also said Loeb had a simulator setup and had spent weeks running the race virtually.

I do respect Loeb as he is proberly a Little faster than i would be in any car :flipoff:

But in my eyes pikes peak have lost out as the asphalt came cloaser to the peak :oops:

So, he didn't mess up at all as far as I saw. He only took his hand of the wheel once, and honestly looked like he was holding back for safety reasons at some places further up.
