Peugeot’s simulation software predicted an 8m15s ascent was possible.

Loeb sprinted up in just 8m13.878s. He’s basically faster than a computer.

Driver is fast.

My step brother races every year and a few year has been the fastest up the mountain. This year he got his first sub 10 minute run, which 2 years ago was the barrier.

As soon as I heard Loeb was racing I said he'd beat everyone by a minute, I was pretty close. My step brother said peugeot invested over $8m into this run. He also said Loeb had a simulator setup and had spent weeks running the race virtually.

I was wondering about the no reverse thing. I'm glad that you posted your video because it gives a better idea of how fast the car really is.
