I thought RCC got hacked and left badger a message, lol yeah I got like 22 emails for linkback. And it was links to other websites. Like Rgerrish's thread being linked to a traxxas forum?? |

| Say someone on another site puts up a link to a RCC build thread, the linkback lets you see where it was done.

| So that's why I got 40-50 e-mails from RCC the other day telling me something that made no sense to me (linkbacks). I don't like it. Nor do I particularly care for the like/share stuff, either. Just clutters threads up needlessly.

I had it enabled because I thought that you guys would be happy to see that someone else took the time to go on another site and talk about your thread/post. If you guys don't give a shit, fine with me. | |

Don't take it the wrong way. I think that's interesting information (linkbacks), but not via e-mail notification. A running tally in our control panel would be sufficient...or even a digest.

I was sent an almost PM informing me that someone liked a post I recently made.

Just noticed a new splash screen after posting in threads. Says my post has been made and I will be taken to my post....click here if my browser does not redirect me (or something along those lines). I kind of like the old way where it just immediately too me to my post without the splash screen.

I just noticed something pretty cool this morning. If you open a single post and copy the link to post in another thread, the link takes you to the original thread with the post at the top...kind of like a bookmarked hyperlink. The old way would just open the single post in a new window. I like this new way better |
