Default Holmes hobbies?

I want to buy a new motor & esc. I emailed HH almost a week ago with zero response. Might have to just buy another brand.

Why not just order? Why do you need a email response, and if your looking for what would work best a lot if people on here can help.

Holmes Hobbies has some awesome product but they are a very small business not a monster corporation. John and his staff are very knowledgable and helpful, but I know for sure they do not have a computer center staffed and waiting 24-7 to answer email. Keep trying or post your question here and someone here might be able to helpmeet you an answer. In the end their products just work!

What's the logic behind the email though? All the pertinent info is listed, no hand-holding required.

I've gone through Holmes for motor trade-ins and rebuilds, while there wasn't much in the way of email, my stuff got to me in a timely manner. Would much rather that...

Well when ur a noob to crawling like I was last year , I bought a motor like $40 got two runs out of it ( literally ) come to find out that the brushes on that motor sucked in water , now I run dewalt .... Just because it works for me .... So my $20 dewalt has lasted 8 months in water all the time ,so I prob won't be buying another Holmes ( for my honcho anyways ) , but like I said before if they had answered my email last year I prob would have bought another motor from them right away ! So like I said they losing money by not answering emails ..... Pretty simple

Your loss, and I'm sure JRH's win (not having to deal with you two baby's).

Seriously guys, you are on the largest RC Crawling information base on the planet, what do you need to hear from HH that you couldn't find here first before simply placing your order...?

I guess your complaints are just a cry for attention then.

Listen lil d***..... You can read can't you..... I got on this forum WAY after I bought my first crawler bro... Just because you know more about a company that I did a year ago doesn't mean your lil dick is gonna get bigger .... SO SHOW ME A HOLMES MOTOR THAT WILL LAST LONGER IN WATER THAN MY DEWALT ...and I will buy it !
