Other than the engine, there don't seem to be many real differences from the "old" savage...

| this is the difference from the RTR 25 -High Performance Polished Tuned Pipe -Dirt Bonz Tires -Dual Disc Brake -Heavy Duty Diff Shafts and Cup Joints -Adjustable Upper Arms -6-Gear Differentials (newer .25 RTR's should have this by now) -Cam Type Servo Saver -47Tooth Spur Gear and 17Tooth Clutch Bell, -Heavy Duty Dogbones -Dual Stage Air Filter Design -Clear Body -No Electronics -Kit, not pre-built and the difference from the current SS -High Performance Polished Tuned Pipe -Dirt Bonz Tires -Dual Disc Brake -Heavy Duty Diff Shafts and Cup Joints -6-Gear Differentials (newer .25 RTR's should have this by now) -Cam Type Servo Saver -47Tooth Spur Gear and 17Tooth Clutch Bell, -Heavy Duty Dogbones (also includes centers, original SS had HD wheel bones) -Dual Stage Air Filter Design the new SS should be one mean truck with that 8-port .28 |

44 mph is a big difference, especially with only two speeds. Imagine dropping in their new 3 speed tranny!!!!!!

the 3 speed is only a 3-4 mph increase, but it was only a matter of time before HPI jumped on the .28 craze...do you have a Savy Digler?
