1st thread on here deleted!

I post my very 1st thread yesterday and BAM deleted! I mention that I would like to get my post count up so that I can view the classifieds because Im looking for a @*!@% %*)$@..... Apparently thats where I screwed up. Cant mention anything about buying anything outside of the classifieds. (Looks like they have ALOT of threads to chunk besides mine). I was just trying to make conversation in this here chit chat area, and got canned.

And I just noticed they deleted the other 2 posts I placed last night! Man this is a tough crowd around here...

Did you post a wanted to buy thread outside classifieds? They are deleted swiftly even when snuck in. It's kinda a great way to keep bots and spam and losers out of our classifieds and away from the site. Also the chit chat area doesn't add to your post count.

I like the fact that you actually have to post a little and get to know people before you can view the classifieds... unfortunately I'm not there yet.

I dont disagree with it at all. I dont care for the $20 membership to view the classifieds though. I was very disappointed that my original thread got deleted for the reasons that they stated though. I noted my intentions in the OP. I dont feel that it read in such a way to try and purchase something outside of the classifieds.

And they must have locked my account in such a way that my post count doesnt go up either. This would be #3 after they zeroed me and im still a goose egg hahaha

How have you managed seven years of being a member and be at this stage of newbness to the site?

Just never got real heavy into the crawling scene. Ive always dabbled in rc, Mostly flying and Racing 1/8 scale nitro buggies. Im not a newbie to RC just a newb here. Crawling was never really big with me. I did build a full tuber back in the day in 07 I think (my first crawler) out of wheely king components. It was modeled slightly after Jasoninaugusta's scorpion chassis that he had, but with my own style. He was really the person that got me into the crawling side of things. That was when he actually lived in Augusta. I spent more time back then reading and gathering ideas, didnt post anything, then I sold the crawler after I built it. I had more fun building it than I did using it.

I have recently just caught the bug to get something else.

My biggest hobbies are deer hunting and bowfishing.

This is most likely your issue, don't be a post whore, wont get treated like a whore

We all took a vote so now your account is setup so you have to make 10 posts to show 1 in your post count. You'll have to go on a rampage of "nice truck, cool build, i love your choice in underwear" etc if order to see the classifieds. Good luck newbie you'll need it.
