I have a buddy here who does them in his spare time. He has a trailer set up with a mixer on the back, sand in the middle, wire and other materials on the very front. It is not all that hard, but it is more of an art than science. And for those who happen to have little to no artistic ability, achieving great results is tough.

You can tell what all is involved by looking at the pictures. Basically all he is doing is overpouring rubble piles. Sand, cement, pigment, pile of crap, about all the supplies needed.
