The roadster drag car I posted earlier kinda goes along with this, the roadster is supposed to be 10 years later as in 1972.

and here are some from the ACME show in ATL (Nov. 2014)

built by:

CTspeedshop

David Duncan (exhaust scratch built from solder and Al tubing)

a CTspeedshop and Dr. Cranky collaboration dubbed the "Blues Rat"

Paul John West (the coils were scratch built)

Dr. Cranky

You can find more pictures from this show and others on my YouTube page
https://www.youtube.com/user/playzwtrux/videos

as well as some of my builds. There are also some old crawl competition videos on there from back in the day when GateKeeper roamed the rocks (comps at LRC).

thanks for looking

some nice lookin models guy ....I watched a ton of DR Cranky's video's and learned some new shit to do to the next models going to be built....I started that 34 ford that I had a poll up to pick the model to build by you guys here....I'm going with and rat rod theme and want to do the body as if it was untouched from 1934 original paint with some rust using dr cranky's weathered look....not looking to bad as of now, did the tires and wheels up to look old with some rust as well....i'll get some pic's and post them here ....

I tried Dr crankys salting method using red primer base coat then olive green satin....after the primer I sanded it with 400 grit to smooth it up, then used a spray bottle with water to wet it down....then rubbed it with my fingers to get the water to cover it thinly instead of beading up....then using a salt grinder to apply the salt in different coarseness and let it dry over night....when dry I just scratched it off with my finger nails and 400 grit paper, but then I had to lightly apply the olive again ever so lightly to get the look I have now....did the same with the wheels but used black instead of olive....

Went to hobby lobby with coupon in hand. Found the re release of the chevy rescue van. So I am thinking to make it a lifted 4x4 van. I got a couple of the snow plow truck kits from last year. I guess one of them will now be lowered !

Started a kit bash chevy rescue van with the snow plow chevy truck . Built the trucks chassis (4x4) motor and all . Fits under the van body wheels line up . So that was a nice break. Now I can do it nice , or crazy bug out van , not sure .

Not the bone docker but one of the other blazers is out . (same kit diffenr box) . Tower has sold out , some on ebay and a few other modle places .
Just a heads up if your wanting one, looks like they are selling out kinda quick.
