windows 7 is $35-40 on ebay.
i prefer it as its more traditional and still supported. i seem to have alot less issues than the guys running 8 or 10.
im not very techy either. luckily two of our racers are.

I'm tempted to go back to Win 7. 10 just seems to take more functions out of my hands. I don't like the OS making choices for me. Also, I do home recording for fun. Win 10 and Reaper (my DAW) don't get along at all. Reaper worked fine until Win 10. Now I get a "bad image: reaper.exe" error whenever I try to launch Reaper. I didn't have this issue with Win 7.

Just make sure if you buy a copy of Windows 7, that it's not an OEM verison. I bootcamped my Macbook Pro for gaming, and it worked fantastic.

^^Yep, Dirt Rally is pretty intense in VR. Unfortunately, too many companies neuter the VR experience due to people getting motion sick. I understand they're trying to sell as much as possible, but to me it feels a bit like handing out blue ribbons for 12th place in tee ball. At the very least, for those of us that don't get sick, give us the option to crank it to 11.

Tommy was mentioning we need to get back on the Dirt weekly challenges. I'd be down for it too, even though I told Tommy I wanted to focus all my efforts on getting outta the D class racing, a change of pace would be nice also.
