ill give it a shot, but ive just been so disappointed in the feel of ACC, is a huge step back, right in line with many of the C and D level "sims".
maybe its just my setup, maybe other brands/setups are better, but mine sucks. feels terrible. like he mentioned with the jag, it just feels like your vaguely guiding a bucket of metal. not one with a race car.
and i wont even go into no triple support.

Yeah, I tend to be a little fanboyish at times with sim racing, and I know that. More so that I feel like if we stop purchasing, devs will stop making sims for us. I haven't played it much as it's just too unfinished for me. And, I don't even own triples but that's complete BS. I don't even know how you can call it a sim without triple support. I will say that with my setup, the FFB feels really good to me. Very communicative and responsive. I'd be really curious to hear Steve's thoughts since we have the same setup, but you guys have been at it a lot longer than I have and tend to have different takes on things.

AC has some new mods we need to try out. I talked to Steve over the weekend, and he says he's up for a Thursday night run of AC like the old days.

Just FYI for anyone wanting to run the SOL mod for Assetto Corsa. You'll need to also be using Content Manager as your game launcher also. There's a free version, and a paid version, not sure which you need. I've had the paid version for a long time, so it's not an issue for me. Going to install the mod and shaders tonight and see how it runs in VR.

So I got SOL up and running. Not a lot to it if you read the directions, just have to do step by step. I haven't spent a ton of time with it, but it seems to run well in VR, and man it's pretty too.

I figured the Vette might draw you in. The C7R is much better than I remembered in AC also. Not sure if it got an update or what, but it's not terrible.
