Chair talk

Let's talk chairs. I'm looking for something a little softer than what I've been sitting in lately.

Desk or recliner style. For a desk, spend the most you can. For a recliner, buy something cheap and plan on throwing it away in a year or 2. I sit at my desk in a waiting area chair I took from the pharmacy my wife works at. Its OK, but for my Christmas/birthday I plan on picking up a nice executive chair.

My recliners are cheap. Comfy, but they wobble out after a couple years. Even the Lazy Boy I bought went to crap after a few years. $300-$400 gets you a decent recliner, or a great office chair.

I purchased a decent executive style office chair for my desk last year. While it's comfy, the leather gets too warm after sitting for a few hours. I find myself getting "swampy" too often. I'd suggest a nice comfy cloth chair.

Right"thumbsup".
The problem lies with the polyester cotton & sponge which act as insulation materials. And on top of that the artificial leather that makes it even worse.

EP is 1/6th your size, I don't see him wobbling out any chairs. :ror:

Besides I thought these were the only things you sat on?

I recommend something mid-century.

Possibly made in Denmark / Scandinavia.

Good luck!

Okay, let's.

Anybody got any idea what this thing is?
I saw a black one in a music video once.
This one's been in my Grandparents' living room since at least the early 70's, and been here in my home for the last nearly 10 years.

He gave grandma a ride on the recliner. She probably giggled like grandmas do when they feel excitement for the first time in 8 years. Like they were on All In The Family.

I like my green chair though. It's light and I can take it from room to room quite easily. It resists spills and it's washable. Handles the rigors of the outdoors, including hail and snow. Resistant to breaking when it blows away in hurricanes. Good chair. I suppose I could just put a cushion on it! Duh!

They make one legged stools...

Zero gravity recliner would be cool to do nothing in. Zone out to tunes.

Or one of those posture knee stool things. I could use one of those.

It's a chair thread, lighten up.

Get one of these, a cat, and become a super villain.

For as much as you ps3 drive, you are a dingbat for not setting up a car seat. You can still stick it out with sticks, but at least you'll look cooler doing so.
