Default Basement clean up

Well for the past couple of weeks we have been cleaning out the basement at my house. There was alot of junk that just needed to get pitched into the garbage and its finally starting to come around. The idea is to dedicate to all RC stuff so the 1st order of buisness was to organize all the RCs that we (my step father and I ) have...sooo my mother bought some new shelfs, some that roll, some that dont and they also found to really nice show cases for the rcs that we dont use as much. We are also adding some cool tools well, We are getting a mini drill press and vice for the work bench (rather then always having to run out to the garage) and my step father just put up an outlet power strip and a nice flourecent light over the table... well I thought Id share some pics, I'll add more pics as we further along... I am hoping to maybe try to find some cool rc posters, and I have a clod buster box, king black foot box that I am going to cut the lids off of to hang up. Should be a nice work area in the end..

Work bench is a little messy right now, and this pic is before the new lighting and power strip. I have all the basics and then some...power supply, 3 battery chargers (ics, pulsar 2, integy), soldering station, work stand, bulb discharger, Hudy comm lathe etc etc...

well thats it, thanks for looking

-Mike

They add up so fast don't they. I'm in the process of trying to move right now. When we get into the new place I'll try and post some pics of my mess.

Nice - those showcases are really cool.
I'd love to display all my rigs like that, once I accumulate enough of them

Thanks for all the great feed back guys I am really excited about turning the basment into my own shop...today when I came home my stepfather hung up some checkered racing flags and some ford logos for me, which I think looks reall cool. Here is a pic showing the new lighting its only 20" but it throws some wicked light

Just to think, thats not even all the trucks and stuff either! I still have 2 clods in my room, bunch of cool bodies, a maxx traxx pulling sled and some other stuff Hopefully Ill get everything down there soon, I need to make a little bit more room and organize some more stuff.

Thanks again guys

Mike
