This art is amazing.
If more cities would contract these artist instead of persecute them imagine what some of the old abandoned buildings or run down areas could look like.

I wonder how many cans of paint it takes to make the bigger paintings?

Well speaking for myself I was actually contracted 5 times to do legit murals because of graffiti ... As far as how many cans .... Let's say a piece is 6 ft tall 14 ft long ... You'll use several colors for that piece and you lay down bases and layers and outlines backgrounds ... So only you major blocking colors get used in any large amount ... Maybe 1-2 cans of color for major color areas ... But let's say your piece is 7 colors you may empty 2 of the 7 cans ... It's not as much as you think...... A large building obviously you'd use more .... For example my buddy spray paints his cars because he can't afford a paint job from me .... He averaged 6-12 ,cans depending on brand if paint and color on a honda civic .... There's a lot of surface area and multiple coats to fill it in .....

Are any of these pieces you've posted your artwork?

No sir ... But I'll get some going soon .... I dropped out of the game about 3 years ago when my city who supposedly has low school budgets can afford to hire a graffiti task force? Lol SUUUUUURRREEEEE .... But after seeing this thread I've been ordering paint and caps so I'll do my best to get something going soon but it's negative 10 in New Hampshire and that's not painting weather ;) lol

Something tells me this one had some nudity and bad words that someone didn't like.

Fred Flintstone seems to be popular too.
