Got a few new ones. Nothing too great, but kinda fun.

Local track hired this guy to do a mural on our track driver stand. It's a shipping container not RR exactly but good graffiti nevertheless. He painted as races went on. Whew talk about fumes. Container was all just a pale baby blue that morning.

The detail here is pretty awesome. It was pretty fresh too, you could tell the paint was still drying.

Pretty amazing the artist was able to get up that high on the car to do the job, but, judging by the grain silos behind the car, it may have been sitting on that siding for a while, AND, he didn't paint over the Union Pacific logo, or the Building America, like so many taggers do.

It only sat there for 3 or 4 days.....I put it at that feed mill. The good "artist" types mask off all the car markings, they know their artwork will be around longer if they leave all the car numbers legible.

More.

Not graffiti at all, but a 'name from the past' that RR enthusiast will appreciate. Saw these on a siding while walking the pit-mutts a few weeks ago.
