| lowering kits
I need a rear lowering kit for my 77' chevy pickup. I can't seem to find many. I want just blocks... any help.. im used to raising trucks not lowering |

You have to do an axle flip before you can put in blocks because the springs are on top of the axle. Bell Tech and a whole bunch of other companies sell the flip kits. A flip kit usually drops like 5-7" on its own. If you don't want to go that low you could get drop shackles or even get a spring hanger kit to raise the front spring hanger up.

Like stated above you can either do the flip kit or a schakle kit. Most of the time when I do the flip kit I also do a step notch in the frame so the axle doesn't hit the frame with a load in the truck. A nother place to check is aim industries. |

I was thinking shackles. Got a link to the flip kit? I only wanted like a 3-4" drop..
