I used to get crook in the guts all the time.Put it down to eating shitty food
and the roast pork from the chinese shop i used to buy all the time when i was
drunk.

The fact my insides have been hammered from years of drug and alcohol abuse doesn't help.
Now i'm paying for it.

I could literally do 5 second farts if i was game. Went through a descent amount of
undies running this gauntlet. Usually tried to do it in the bed when me and the mrs where
about to go to sleep for best effect.

You know when your farts get hot something bads coming.

After i gave up drinking and ate half decent food it's gotten better.

All these paleo diets and that are bullshit. I eat good honest food. Meat and veg.

I make a thing called gruel i'll put it in the cooking section.Good for if anyone wants to
get on track from eating shit food.

I've had some that smelled like something was on fire. And not the obvious dumpster fire smell, like burning wood or something. Mildly entertaining.

The past couple of days have actually been pretty good. I did what I was told and stayed low fat, lots of water, and cut the sugar out too (someting I've been meaning to do anyway). No pain to speak of, just a little occasional pressure in that area as a gentle reminder of what's going on. Last night my wife made low carb jalapeno poppers and skinless honey bbq chicken. Good stuff.

Down to 2 Monsters a day, and I've switched from the low carb version to the Absolutely Zero version...no calories, no sugar, no fat, nearly no carbs.

Damn Duuuuuuuude.... I have about 1/2 of one a month when running reports at 3am for my boss and find that too much.

The only ones I can tolerate with out feeling like I did some sort of upper are the Monster Java's, and I reserve those for road trips only.

Average 2-3 a day for 7 years or so. Full strength Monster Energy. About a month ago I switched to low carb. Now I'm drinking the Zero.

Being a decades long migraine sufferer, part of my guerilla tactic for dealing with them at work is an Advil, a Dramamine, and slam a full can of Monster to keep things tolerable until I get home and can rest. On really bad days i will do that 4 times.

I'll be speaking with my dr next month about actual migraine medication, and once I have those in hand, the energy drinks will be a thing of the past.

I should probably mention that I always have water nearby. I drink tons of it.
