Picked up 90mm pro specs which will go on 1 of 2 builds, plus a matte black edition grand hauler for a crazy idea that I’ve had. Plus a bearing kit, because tamiya doesn’t know what they are

Used to have the ProSpecs on one of my Rustler 4x4s. I recently "upgraded" to the Traxxas GTRs...but, the ProSpecs are still in use, now on the 2WD Slash I bought my step-dad

Nothing that needs one...yet. Still debating on the internal bits and design before filing for it. "thumbsup"

Jonesing to start another, asked the wife. How about a truck, pick one you like.

Smart girl nice pick, adding the canvas top for the bed. This one is the C version, round head lights, bead lock rims.

The Cross kits offer A B & C versions. A being a generic kit, all have good detail, the other B & C having stouter hardware.

Became tired of manual fending off those boys in that black Maryland bunker, and other equally nasty people.

So i parted with a little money last night, and got among other thing a choke on my gigabit connection, but wise men once said "some good things come at a price"

Went to the Dupage Toy and Model Show today and picked myself up a couple 90's Mopars in scale8)

The LHS below has been a unicorn of mine for a couple decades now, wanted to buy a 1/1 to make a mild custom out of by lowering it, shaving the handles, debadging swapping a chromed New Yorker grill for the painted LHS version (that would flow better across the front of the car and match the headlights) and molding in the trim over the grill and headlights then run 18" Niche Bahn wide 5 spoke wheels on it.....preferably painted a dark color. Never got one and knew of the diecasts that were out there but but hadn't seen one since the late 90's, until today that is:mrgreen:

Paid $15 and when I get the chance, it will lose altitude, then get stripped smoothed, then repainted, in a pearl black, dark blue pearl, or maybe the Moss Green Pearl (a dark green-gold color flip) that my '98 XJ is painted.

I also happened to find an AMT/ERTL 1/25 scale full detail production Prowler Roadster with trailer"thumbsup"

You must have a decent twist rate to stabilize those 77 grain projectiles.

Got a couple 1-7 twist standard 5.56, and a new 1-8 twist in .223 Wylde. Splitting this order with my shooting buddy who has a pretty good selection of twist rates, profiles, and manufacturers to run them through as well. "thumbsup"

Assuming around 2700 fps from your 7" twist we get:

2700x12(feet to inches)/7(dividing by twist rate gives us revolutions per second)x60(seconds to minutes) which comes to over 275,000 rpm as it leaves the barrel. Amazing. How much rotational energy is that?

Your math is a bit off, but damn close. This is the formula;

MV x (12/twist rate in inches) x 60 = Bullet RPM

Quick Version: MV X 720/Twist Rate = RPM

So for the 77gr at 2740fps (what they're rated at) comes out to just shy of 282,000 RPM in the 1-7 and just shy of 247,000RPM in the 1-8. And to answer your question, FREEDOM, it's FREEDOM levels of rotational energy. :mrgreen:
