Got my Shapeways shipment yesterday. Thumb steer for my DX5C so I can shoot some video driving one-handed and the SBG fairlead for my VS4-10. The SBG fairlead is really nice and it bolts right up to the pre-threaded holes in the front bumper.

What finish did you choose for the fairlead ?

I bought the Polished Nickel Steel. It is little bit darker than the alumimum front bumper. I got this color thinking it might match the Gun Metal paint on my body, but it is a little darker. But it still looks really good mounted to the bumper.

Saw it on eBay while looking for something else, had to have it. There's still a few of these running around the city, but most have been sold/scrapped in place for the Ford Transit or RAM van

Timed it perfectly, got my 2.2 Rocksters, 2.2 Pro-Line dual stage foams and 1.9 Hyrax tires on the same day.

Now if I had just ordered the 2.2 Hyrax tires like I intended to instead of 1.9's I'd be set. Sometimes I hate me.

Close enough right? Maybe in your head you wanted that 1.9 on 2.2 stretched look. Yeah that's it.

Nothing like a stack of packages on the porch! Got foams for the tires I didn't mean to order and tires for the foams I did. Two more DS3218 servos because cheap and still available and can't have too many. And $15 Chinese 1.9 beadlocks because $15 and something to put in $18 Chinese tires in parts box.

If you’re willing to wait for the boat you can get 2 for $30 from China

https://m.dhgate.com/product/brownin...402090219.html

Does this look legitimate from this site HPD? I need a couple of these and it looks perfect for taking on the trail and storing in a vehicle.

Sure does and the 3CR13MOV blade is a pretty decent material for these prices.
