Thanks Cory. I ran track in high school, then didn't run at all for over 20 years, and smoked 1.5-2 packs a day for over 20 years as well. I never, EVER thought I'd run again. But with some help from my little sister, and a shoe store that figured out what my issues with running were, I'm so happy to be running again. It sucked at first, no different than any new fitness routine. But now, I truly enjoy it. Crank some tunes, hit the sidewalks in town and get lost in my own little bubble. It's become my release for the stress and frustration of day to day life. And as a bonus, I'm in better shape at 43 than I was at 23 by FAR.

Not technically a purchase since I traded for them

I know they aren't everyone's cup of tea, but you have to admit a Tracked Summit just has something about it

Silicone conformal coating will fix all your problems, and no need for a receiver box that's a PITA to get into in certain rigs.

I hate that box, but it sure eliminates a wiring mess

It was a spectrum sr6000t that is supposed to be conformal dipped so I was running box less. I've got plenty of room to stick it on the driver side of my vs4-10 so install isn't an issue. Just didn't want the extra weight.

That much is true. I like the Axial SCX boxes quite a bit better. If memory serves, they have more room also. Or in the right rig, one of those cool fuel cell boxes from one of our vendors would work too. My hatred of those are from TRX rigs where the nose of the lid has to wedge under the motor and trans. Never have I ever gotten one back in without loosening off the motor and trans mounts.

I am so covered up with work (and endless list of *required* activities my wife is demanding - ha) that I probably won't be able to build this until mid-October

Oh well

I got the strongest and most expensive servo I have ever owned for my f350 quad cab build. The savox sb-2290!

The case on this thing is a work or art!
