It's more of a supply issue. They can only make parts so fast...

And more people buy kits if parts/axles are not available separately.

I'm asking this because of my lhs owner...He says that he can't get parts or any kind of products from Axial...

Aha ok :) I was just curious. I didn't know. In my local hobby shops the kits seem to be pouring in.

My LHS couldn't get Losi parts for me for this reason. It's typical for shops to have affiliations or distribution relationships with specific manufacturers

I'm baffled by the fact just because small LHS is having trouble getting parts from a monster sized company that's always trying to keep up with demands of even their big dollar vendors never mind every last little mom and pop lhs and most likely concerns themselves with supplying their largest vendors moving the most product first and faithfully....

...that the whole thing gets twisted instantly to comments/questions like axial going bankrupt :roll:

My LHS can't get axial due to he isn't open enough (he isn't open a few days mid week) and probably because he turned his garage into a hobby shop. :ror: Kinda disappointing as I can't support him but I can see why Axial wouldn't want to supply a shop like that.

But their are shops still in your area to go to to purchase Axial if you so choose to go to them.

It seems like their is some change at Axial with the new "no coupons" policy. But I think they are far from going bankrupt as they are the most popular brand in off the shelf crawling.
