Default Advantage Hobby poor customer service

Finally found Gelande II shock hoops still in stock here after looking almost everywhere else. Ordered them and a set of shocks, paid. Received emailed invoice showing hoops and shocks. Got shipping notification this morning showing only shocks...wth? Emailed customer service, asked nicely was I getting the hoops or not, were they being back ordered, money refunded, what? Received email from CS this evening flatly stating I was sent an email saying, oops, we're out of stock after all, will refund, won't back order, come back later. Funny how I got all the other emails except for that one. Fail, money goes elsewhere, end of story.

P.S. Found the hoops on fleabay if anyone else is looking for them.
