Photobucket is crap but I still use it... Switching cost/time is what's preventing me.

I was reading this elsewhere -that they want you to pay thru the nose now- but it hasn't affected me at all.

Photobucket is the worst. They lost 500+ pictures of mine a few years ago so I switched over to flickr. Much happier.

ImageShack lost some of my photos. I'm not on Flickr as well and it's not bad, but it certainly could be easier to use and for some reason the app doesn't always do what I tell it. Overall it's not too bad though.

Yup, I still use Aggravation Bucket simply because I have a lot of pictures on there and transferring what I want over to another site sounds like no fun at all. The amount of adds that pop up when you first log in is horrendous.

I will say the Photo Bucket app really isn't that bad at all, it is pretty straight forward processes. Its just the PC side of the house that is ugly.

Photobucket no longer supports third-party hosting. That is, unless you want to pay them $400 a year that is the only plan that they have that you can successfully host your photos and Link them to other sites.

Wow, this is unreal. All the popup adds on their site have become unbearable lately, and now they think people will dish out 400 bones? Good luck with that. Now its gonna take me weeks to fix all my threads.

So that email was real? Guess I'm going to start pulling pics of there over the next couple days and put them on my portable HD for now, any recommendations on a new host site?

quick edit, I do have this pic on there somewhere, might be the only one left when I'm done purging too..............

Same here. now I have to download 3600 pics, put them on another host, and fix lots of threads. What a pain.

If you have Google Photos the linked method seems to work..

TEST Let me know if you can see the photos please.

Trying to use direct linking with Google Photos.

They work for me. I don't know if you guys can see them.

The link that shows the how to. I have tried this method before. It didn't work for everyone, which is why I got Photobucket in the first place..
