The cop was definitely way out of line, and if iirc the guy wasn't being violent, he just wasn't cooperating. Should've just tazed or pepper sprayed him.

I'm really not sure what he thought was going to happen. Were the cops just going to give up and go away?

Well I suppose anything other than the illegal choke hold, pepper spray or tazer could of been options..who knows though, if he had health issues could of died for the tazer. Been awhile since I saw the vid, if I recall there were plenty of cops, the dude was pretty big though.

I just don't like seeing cops go from 0-100 for bullsh#t like this.
