This was on a Ford Ranger at a show recently. Sweet tow hook welded to the front of the frame. (yes that is a 1 1/2 eye bolt) No need for plate support when welding in the roll cage. Just weld the tube directly to the floor pan. (and yes there was nothing else under the cab linking it to the frame or reinforcing it) When the joints don't line up at the top of the cage. That's OK too, we will just double weld it for good measure. |

59sled, Wow just WOW. Maybe in a Russian tech inspection but whoever did that should be ashamed. Do it right or not at all. |

We only have 2 in our company. That part is 20" diameter. Takes awhile, and the machine is temperamental so somebody really does need to keep a close eye on it.

What material was being tapped and what size tap? An employee in a friends shop had broken a M20 Tap in an over 1 meter shaft. Since sparking(edm) was not an option, his method of removing the tap was by using a punch to break the broken tap inside the hole. The moron was doing it without safety googles. I had to lecture him for a while. Some people just don't have the ability to think beyond a certain point.

1/2-13 tap in 4340 casting. I'm fine. Always wear my prescription safety glasses.

^^^ It actually comes with a small container of yellow Play-Doh so that you can make and add your own corn! Not even joking. Sad that every damn thing with kids games and toys has some sort of toilet-humor theme... Kids games these days are especially nasty... Boogers, dog shit, farting, belching, spraying toilets, etc. |

I find this video disturbing because people support this teen and a situation which did not deserve so much attention.I support the teacher for trying to instill some discipline into that stupid girl. He was doing his job and he was doing it right.

Florida drivers have a bad wrap. Driving your new Camaro off of a 50 foot tall bridge while trying to adjust the radio doesn't help prove that wrong. Saw this on the way home from the office today, got behind a truck hauling half a construction office, a silver sedan (maybe an Accord, never got a good look) and a F-150, the latter of the two was following the first too closely. When I saw the truck swing to the right I figured it was going to turn left and needed the extra space, but wasn't sure if the driver was just going to go through with the turn, or let us by by first........as you can see, it was the former! How that sedan didn't get clipped by the trailer and/or hit by the F-150, I do not know, I just got on the binders when things started look like they were going to go south Due to the lack of sound, since I forgot the mic is off, just click play on the below video and crank it to 11, that's kinda what I was doing at that time anyway |
