Because the freeway was closed. It doesn't look like a tow truck either. When a cop has its lights on in the middle of the freeway with fire trucks on both sides. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be going through.

To me that would be common sense to stop and at least wait for eye contact to see if you can proceed.

Probably because he was driving through their blockade. There were emergency vehicles in the 2 right lanes, and even though the fire engine pulled off onto the shoulder, the right thing for him to do would be to pass on the left, not go through the incident.

So this was posted on The Weather Channel earlier. I don't know exactly how much of it is shopped, but it looks to me like a good bit of it. Hell there's a transparent person behind the damn Lexus. They're not even trying anymore.

The guy behind the car does look odd. Why is the 2 trees behind him reflecting on his hoodie. You can see the trees and the white gap between them slightly in his hoodie to his face.
