It would be nice if they could at least orient the flag correctly.

Per U.S. etiquette, the orientation of the flag is correct for being on the back of the package which should conform with the orientation of a flag on the passenger side of a vehicle and the right side of a uniform.

Pitpull is 100% correct in how they put the flag on the package and on the sticker packs that come with the tires.

Not being a fan boy here, just a veteran proud of the flag and appreciative when it is flown correctly.

My bad. I wasn't aware that flag etiquette differentiated between the front and back of packaging.

No worries, and truth be told a left facing flag always looks odd to me, even though I know it is correct in some circumstance's.

Yep. Stars are always to the left or the front in normal orientation. Found it odd the army-navy surplus had reverse flags..."What are these for?". :)

I agree it's funny :) but it's understandable. They could be more open about it, though. Practically everything is made in China. And that's good for us, otherwise very few could afford this hobby.

I'm sorry tjohanne, and I do understand what your saying. But it is not good, because the job's need to be here. I am not attacking you, it is just true that -"me included" -when we buy something made other than what is made in the US, we are hurting our own industry.
It bothers me when I buy something knowing it is not made here in US.
Things are so messed up.
