IMO There's nowhere online that is completely sterile nor "kid friendly" besides maybe places specifically designated/ intended for children. Every forum, site, page, etc... has the potential to display images that might be deemed inappropriate for younger viewers. I don't agree nor disagree publicly about content because... well it's the internet! Creating more rules, restrictions, censorship tools is a slippery slope and not one that I wish to take part in. Kids may be a bit less "sheltered" than you're thinking also. Parental control starts at home and if you think that RCC or any other site is too "adult oriented" for her, then I'd advise you to simply prohibit her from looking at content that you don't approve of. And fwiw... with today's kids, the things that they see and hear is unreal. Images like the one that you referred to are really not that big of a deal to them.

The image is fully clothed and doesn’t violate any rules here in the forum.
It displays zero nudity.
Any ill intent from that image would come solely from ones own imagination.

A younger child with a pure mind would see nothing more then a Bum in shorts.
Bathing suits nearly everywhere cover far less then that.

As for your niece periodically being on the forum here... I’m only guessing if her parents censor what she views on the internet and still allow her to frequent the forum.... then I can only guess her parents are perfectly okay with things.
Perhaps your concern should be towards her parents and not the forum?

1. It’s your niece, it’s all up to her parents.
Thinking your issue is with them if you’re concerned with what they allow her to do online. The image is not against the forum rules that EVERYONE agrees to when registering a membership here.

2. It’s only sexually suggestive to a person who chooses to see it that way using their own imagination.
If it’s in fact a child seeing it, then there’s nothing sexual about it.
To you it obviously is, but to a child it’s just a butt in shorts.

As for posting images across the forum, it’s not something you’ll see happen , non RC images are pretty much usually limited to the chit chat section, members personal photo album or a members own avatar.
