Default New Axial "Something"???

So according to axial's Facebook page they are releasing a new vehicle or something tomorrow. They are dropping clues through out the day today. Does anyone have any other info on what it might be?.

Am I the only one who doesn't like SxS? Bring back quads!

Is it the exact same chassis as the Yeti Jr? I imagine the answer is yes and, if that's the case, I think this will get a collective "Meh!" The Yeti Jr had a very short life because most people didn't want it.

It is hard to gauge the true market for the Yeti Jr platform because Axial hyped up it's release then it was unavailable for months after the limited release which killed a lot of the desire. It probably wasn't going to be a huge seller but Hobbico's financial meltdown never gave it a chance.

I thought it was a blunder because the electronics used were plagued with issues, so a lot of people were having problems and then their warranty replacements had the same issues.

Yeah, the servo was beyond garbage and I tore out the rest of the electronics before any other components could die. At least there was no shortage of a brushless systems you could install for $20-25.

Meh. Give me a new updated rock crawler scaler with a lexan body. Thank you.

As an aside...from my forty-plus years of motorcycling...
ATV's, UTV's, side by sides, razors, whatever you wanna call them, are the bane of motorcycling. We call them 'wheel chairs' because it doesn't take any skill to sit in a seat and pull a throttle lever. They hog the trails, and they have punched out all the single-track to 50". They don't watch where they're going, they will run you over or t-bone you. They make dust in camp, and they let their kids run them dangerously. Many of them drink and drive.

Friends don't let friends drive kwadz.

That and the electronics turned out to be unreliable crap. If they were actually available, and the motors & ESCs didn't instantly burn up, they could have been popular. I had high hopes that they would be popular enough for Axial to release a Bomber Jr and an SCX10 Jr too, but I'm still waiting...

I still have a yeti jr that I think is a blast.....I'll grab one of these too. Sure I'll probably throw in a castle esc and some hitec servo but such is life. If it is a yeti jr redone I hope I can grab some spare parts this go around

Jesus, if Axial made a Dancing Rider I think Josh's head would explode. You'd never see anything else on his channel again.
