| RIP Lee Iacocca
I either was unaware or I forgot that Lee Iacocca was from a town, made famous by Billy Joel's song, near me called Allentown. Either way, Iacocca was an icon in the automotive industry and he'll certainly go down as a legend. He died at the age of 94 yesterday (July 2, 2019). Rest in peace, Mr. Lee Iacocca. https://www.wfmz.com/news/lehigh-val...-94/1091604448 https://www.mcall.com/news/breaking/...kmu-story.html |

oh wow... he wasn't favored by a lot, but he contributed to the auto industry and shaped it to what it is today for sure. Rest In Peace. |

He saved Chrysler, but at the same time, gave us those awful, throw-away K-Cars. On a side note... Muhlenberg College was one of the schools I applied to way back in the Stone Age. |

Damn, an iconic man of the 80's for sure. He pulled Chrysler out of the ashes, and gave us some amazing cars like the Viper. RIP Mr. Iacocca.

Dang, I was about to say he and Steve Jobs can suck it, but Lee did a bang up job on the Mustang in the 60's. RIP Lee. Steve can still suck it, I hate Apple and iProducts. |

Yeah amazing what he did for Chrysler back in the day, but really in the long run it was just pissing in the pants to keep warm. Still. RIP Lee. |
