Nice Random Generated California License Plate

Saw this a few days ago and was pretty sure it was randomly generated by the DMV. Follows the pattern I keep seeing NumberLetterLetterLetterNumberNumberNumber

Yet they wouldn't allow me to put "KTM 690" on my KTM 690 (motorcycle) because the number "69" is reserved for 1969 model year cars only :roll:
