I've been also working on a college assignment, cannot cope on my own, thanksfully there are educational resources like https://dissertation-helpers.co.uk/d...ion-structure/ . It helps to structure my work well. Personally I've always been bad with arranging.

Took the Ryft out for a test run. Installed an RX4/2300kv HD into it yesterday. Modded the shift fork for the 2nd gear side in the tranny. I already did 1st gear side.
got the epas set late last night (early this am) and after getting some crap around the homestead done, took a few minutes to play and test out the work.

shifting is Solid now. No bucking out of gear, 1st or 2nd. no stress on the Reefs 99 Micro. Can shift as speed though I still don't recommend it.

But overall, with the ROC412 in 1st gear on a 15t pinion, I can get quite decent slow speed. Not quite snail, but slow enough.
And in 2nd gear, it rips about the same speed as the stock setup with the 17t pinion.

Overall I'm happy with it so far. One downfall is the Vanquish Yeti V2 sway bar is too small for the Ryft. Arms need to be 5/8ths to 3/4s an inch longer to be more able to be a well functioning, adjustable sway bar.

So I have a Treal swaybar on the way. SHould be here end of week hopefully.

Induction and spark upgrades on my 200, even found what the intake valves and ports look like after nearly 120k of E85 use!

Woke up made coffee
Rub Cheeseball the cat
Tidied up garage a bit
Rub Cheeseball
Ate breakfast
Rub Cheeseball
Took a nap
Found cheeseball outside, rubbed him som more
Went to store for back to school shopping
More cheeseball rubbing
Rest of today:
Maybe dinner in a few minutes
Then into the pool with the kids
Tuck them in bed
Listen to tunes while I work on a large scale build.

I don't think that you're giving Cheeseball enough rubs. I mean... he's obviously quite neglected!

I'm a life long dog guy who never once throughout my life, had any interest in cats. Then along came my wife.. a cat lover. After the passing of my beloved PW Corgi, I decided to try life w/o a dog... Had dogs/ been around dogs my whole life. But loosing my Corgi was a real gut punch.

Then one day my wife started in on the whole "we need a cat" thing so I begrudgingly obliged. I was pretty disconnected from the search and figured it wasn't going to work anyway. All I knew of cats was a long list of negatives plus my own bad experiences with em. But she found a rescue and bonded with it pretty quick. We picked it up a few days later although I had zero affection for it.

Fast fwd three years and this damn cat has thoroughly embedded itself in my heart like I never could've imagined. Anyway... might as well post a recent pic. Spoiler- She's about as neglected as yours lol.

I love my dog, but the big plus with cats is that they are pretty low maintenance. I don't have to take my cats out to do their business 3-4 times a day. I don't have to find someone to watch my cats if I'm gone a couple of days. The vet bills for my cats are typically cheaper and they don't need to go nearly as often as my dog. You get the idea...

Sorry to hear about your dog. Yeah cats are awesome and we actually have 2 boys, Cheeseball is the darker and "Pony" , son's and daughters. They're rescues and brothers. Rhey came into my life when one day I got a wild hair up my sphincter and wanted another cat.. I Found "lincoln" (cheeseball) online and "patriot" (pony) while at the pets mart. It was BOGO so I had to get them both. I mean ots better than my kids ripping one in half, instead they each got their own.

I'd love to get a dog too, but wife said no, you know the rest.......

Speaking of dogs, Cheeseball actually acts like a dog. He begs for food when you're cooking, preffers to drink from the toilet. If he is outside, he meets you at your car and walks you home. He just followed us to the community pool, crying out the whole way. We had to put him in the house after that

That's all so true. The older that I get, the more important those facts have become. Besides how this cat has grown on me, I greatly appreciate how little maintenance is required for a cat. I genuinely miss all my best dogs... Kodi, Kaleb, Sydney, and Issac... but I just can't see adopting another dog at this point in my life. It could happen but I'm not a young man anymore and a lot of what I loved about having a dog, is just not a part of who I am anymore... outdoor adventures, camping, hiking, etc.

Pulled the head on my newly acquired A4 B6 Avant Quattro soon to be work car. Cleaned it up and gave it the stink eye. Nothing out of sorts just a shoddy previous head gasket install. Replaced said head and called it a day. Ripped out all the extra plumbing while
I was at it cause who needs extra plumbing.

Before I started.

#2 was the bad leaker.

Head reinstalled.

Researched a manual tensioner for $60 from a 90s model VW with a 2.0. 1/3 the cost of the modern tensioner. Hmmm. Kick myself in the nuts for not doing this on the past two timing changes on my VW.

Here’s a pile of useless hoses. I’ll need to reuse one check valve, may as well use two since they’re free now, and route that to the brake booster. Actually, that pile now has twice as many hoses.

Thanks. Lymphoma cancer was what took down my Corgi... less than 3 months from diagnosis to euthanasia. Man it was hard but he went downhill so fast and I just couldn't bear to watch him suffer.

Those are some good lookin boys right there. I never thought that cats could have great personalities and such varying degrees of behaviors and quirks but they genuinely do. Really cool to get a formal escort from the car lol.

Ours was a rescue too. Unfortunately she has a condition that makes her prone to getting upper respiratory infections. She's an indoor cat and lives in the lap of luxury 24/7. Doesn't matter whether I'm grinding metal, cutting, drilling, hammering... she's right there almost as if it's all just white noise lulling her to sleep lol.

The funny thing is that when we went to the shelter and learned that she had some medical anomalies, I quickly told my wife that there was no way that I would have a cat that would need extra attention due to a health condition. I also told her that I wouldn't be responsible for preparing any special dietary nonsense and that there was no way in hell that I'd ever clean a litter-box. Here we are three yrs later and I do all of those things... lovingly, not begrudgingly as she's just worked her way right into my heart. She respects the time that I don't have to love on her but she knows when I'm just sitting around being lazy and she really capitalizes on that, curling up on my chest and using my gut as her perch lol.

That's awesome. Does your cat have "freckles" in it's mouth and eye lids? I ask because it looks a tinge of orange.

Yep she does lol. From what I had heard, her cream color is actually a diluted orange color due to a recessive gene or some such thing. I didn't initially think that she was particularly pretty ( I tend to like the striking orange appearance as yours has... looks almost like wood grain lol) but her subtle markings don't really matter these days since I've grown so fond of her personality.

Repairing fuel line and replacing a fuel filter on the ole 98 1500 4.3 2wd.
Now I need to fix a pin hole I found near the tank. Fun times. Good thing I bought an extra coupler. Looks like one will work.

Fixed the pinhole. Gas issues and non starting truck are a thing of the past.

So I did a lil work on the Ryft. Added the wire for adjustable drag brake on the Tekin RX4. But I need to dig into the tranny/2speed. Thought I had it all good to go.
No so.

Then I added the fairlead to the stock front bumper and fed the line through. Also installed the front Pull rings in metal for more strength.
Just waiting for the new condoms.

So two newbies that are supposedly into RC Rock Crawling just happen to make their very first post (in the middle of the morning US time) and both leave a link for you to click on (no idea where the link goes as I'm not that gullible)...???? Me thinks these are spam.
