FedEx wouldn't let me sign online and I couldn't have it held at a FedEx store either. The Indians that man their customer service line were less than helpful as well. I got to go to the distribution center by the airport and pick it up because they were just going to try and deliver it to my house when nobody is home.

what they dident jump on it and toss it over the fence in the bushes while the spriklers were on oh you got lucky they dident even want to deliver it at least they let you pick it up

almost every F...ed ex packadge ive gotten there has been a problem i made the pick up the packadge from the wrong house so many times its unbelivable one time they were 3 weeks late and i made them ship it to me in another town 4 hours away cause they took so long i went off on fedex for hours then told the guy to go pick it up him self and drive it up to me i sead it would take less time than he spent on the phone with me funny thing it was there the next day

Ironically, I had a rather large and expensive delivery from RPP coming signature required through FedEx....Tracked it online, and made sure I was home at the time it was supposed to be there so I could sign for it.

Waited and waited... no delivery. At 4:00 I go outside for my regular mail, and sure enough, FedEx left it on the porch. No knock, no nothing. Don't know who signed for it, but it wasn't me! And here I am waiting for it...what a complete waste of time!

When ordering I never choose fedex. If it's fedex only I won't order. Yes it's the signature thing.

FEDEX is crap for me, the driver is a nice well meaning driver but packages seem to show up a day late 2 out of 3 times and looking like they were used for kickball. They appear to have secured more hobby shipping accounts this past year.
