|  Kingvale Recreational Resort is for sale
I see that Kingvale Recreational Resort is up for sale. It is the next exit up on HW80 from Cisco Grove. Owning this 300 acers would be the ideal place for Axial Fest or any RC, outdoor type of event. It would even work for hippy concerts.
