Eh. We’ve seen this soap opera way too many times already. My hopes aren’t high for HPI.

A month ago I read they were not giving any expected delivery on anything....this is quick. I hope this stuff starts to fill shelves again. The venture is honestly one of my favorite rigs

I really like my Blitz and my Venture. I hope to see continued parts support for years to come. It seems to me the ventures ridiculously delayed release allowed it to be overshadowed by the many other 1.9 scale options on the market. It's a shame really as the Venture has been a reliable performer for me. |

I would have liked to see a 1/10th Hoonitruck from them, but I suppose that's a missed opportunity. A clear Hoonitruck body could have been used as the basis for somethin' really off-the-wall! I'd take a Cup Racer re-issue and a WR8 Flux, if there was guaranteed parts support for all of them. Hell, add the Hoonicorn to the list - then I'd have a Mini, a standard, and an 1/8th scale onroad vehicle to add to my crawlers. |
